Ordering on this Store is by e-mail, so you must have a valid e-mail address which you normally use.  In order to make an order, you must have an Account with the Store.  This ensures your own private 'Shopping Basket'.  It is also used to save a record of your orders and a few personal contact details, which are strictly confidential.

If you are a new customer, you can start shopping right away, and you will be prompted to set up an account when you come to the checkout.  The process is quick and easy.

The Shopping Basket:

This is where you collect the items that you want to order.  Look for the 'Add to Basket' or 'Buy' Links when browsing the store.  This adds the item to your Shopping Basket.  Your Shopping Basket is shown at the top left hand side of the store.  When you have finished choosing the items you want, click the 'View Basket' Link, and you will be taken to the Checkout process.

You can view your Basket at any time to check what you have selected, and make changes if required.  Your Shopping Basket will be saved and stored in your Account until you either delete it or make a Purchase Order.  All Purchase Orders you make are saved in your Account, and can be looked at any time by logging in to the Store.

Checkout:

When you select the 'View Basket' Link, you will see a summary of what you have ordered.  Please check it for accuracy.  You are able to make changes to your basket such as Delete items, or change the quantity.  If you do so, make sure you click the 'Update Basket' Link

Click the 'Continue' Link to move to the next page where you are given the opportunity to change the delivery address, the invoice address, and your basket if required.

Click the 'Continue' Link to move to the next page where you will be asked for the Payment Method.  We only accept a Purchase Order at this stage, so select the "Purchase Order Form" option, and write any comments you want in the 'your comments:' box.

Click the 'Continue' Link to move to the next page where you will shown your Purchase Order, and the option to print a copy will be presented to you.  This is optional, so if you do not want to print a copy, just press 'Cancel', otherwise print a copy for your records *.

* You will be sent an e-mail confirming your order, so please check it for accuracy, and report any problems to store@greenislejumps.ie.

* The order will automatically be sent to us by e-mail.  When we receive it we will confirm the total order value including any delivery charges, payment options, and e-mail you directly.  When we have received your payment we will inform you by e-mail when the goods will be delivered.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before payment has been sent.  Payment should be made within 7 days otherwise the order may be cancelled.
